1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the bigwinph platform — including the website, mobile app, or any associated services — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users across the Philippines, whether you are accessing bigwinph from Manila, Cebu, Davao, or anywhere else in the country.

If you are accessing bigwinph on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. In practice, account registration is individual — each account must be in the verified name of the account holder.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

• Use a strong, unique password and do not reuse passwords across multiple platforms.

bigwinph uses SSL encryption across all platform connections to protect data in transit. However, account security also depends on user behaviour — the platform cannot guarantee security against breaches that result from user negligence, such as sharing credentials or using compromised devices.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All financial transactions on bigwinph — deposits, withdrawals, and account balances — are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). bigwinph does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied.

Accepted deposit channels include local Philippine e-wallets (such as GCash and Maya), Philippine online banking, mobile banking, and bank transfer. These channels are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Payment providers are third-party services; bigwinph is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment systems once a transaction has been initiated.

• Deposits must come from accounts registered in the same name as your verified bigwinph account.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the deposit interface.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or e-wallet numbers registered in your verified name.

bigwinph aims to process withdrawals promptly. However, processing times depend on the payment channel used and may be subject to additional verification steps. 5 Betting and Gaming Rules

9 Limitation of Liability

bigwinph provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and data accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. In particular:

• bigwinph is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues on the player's end, or third-party payment delays.
• bigwinph is not responsible for decisions made by players based on displayed odds, statistics, or game information that may contain errors.
• Any liability by bigwinph arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in the player's verified account at the time the issue arose.

11 Account Termination

bigwinph reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete or maintain satisfactory KYC verification.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, as defined by internal platform policies.
• Player request — players may close their account at any time by contacting bigwinph support.

On account closure at the player's request, any verified balance remaining will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method after standard verification checks have been completed. Accounts closed due to Terms & Conditions violations may not be eligible for balance return.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and bigwinph arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue informally in the first instance by contacting bigwinph support.

bigwinph's decision on any matter relating to these Terms & Conditions — including betting disputes, account suspensions, and promotion eligibility — is final, subject to applicable law. Players who believe a decision has been made in error may escalate through the support team for formal review.
